Finally God makes sense
By M. Peters
1+1+1=3 AND 1=1
Finally a book about God that adds up correctly. I come to the Lord as a child and this book gives the scriptual guidance for a sincere heart seeking God's truth...not man's truth.

PERHAPS THE MOST DETAILED DEFENSE OF "ONENESS" (JESUS ONLY) THEOLOGY
By Steven H Propp
David Bernard is president of the Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He has written a number of books such as The New Birth: Volume 2, Essentials of Holiness, In the Name of Jesus, The Oneness View of Jesus Christ, Oneness and Trinity, A.D. 100-300: The Doctrine of God in Ancient Christian Writings, Essentials of Oneness Theology, etc.
He wrote in the Preface to this 1983 book, "The purpose of this book is to have some part in establishing the truths of the Word of God in this generation. Its goal is to affirm Christian monotheism---the Bible's teaching of one God. In doing so I intend to magnify Jesus Christ above all. I believe that Jesus is God manifest in flesh, that all the fulness of the Godhead dwells in Him, and that we are complete in Him."
Here are some additional quotations from the book:
"If there is only one God and that God is the Father (Malachi 2:10), and if Jesus is God, then it logically follows that Jesus is the Father." (Pg. 66)
"...it is apparent that the One on the throne is none other than Jesus." (Pg. 77)
"From the Bible we see that Jesus Christ had two distinct natures in a way that no other human being has ever had. One nature is human or fleshly; the other nature is divine or Spirit." (Pg. 86)
"...the terms Father, Son, and Holy Ghost ... can only denote different aspects or roles of one Spirit-being---the one God." (Pg. 134)
"(In Matt 28:19) this verse of Scripture does not teach that the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are three separate persons. Rather, it teaches the titles of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost identify ONE NAME and therefore one being. The verse expressly says 'in the name,' not 'in the names.'" (Pg. 136)
"Of course, the physical body of Jesus was not omnipresent, but His Spirit was." (Pg. 172)
"Some may object to this explanation, contending that it means that Jesus prayed to Himself. However, we must realize that, unlike any other human being, Jesus had two perfect and complete natures---humanity and divinity. What would be absurd or impossible for an ordinary man is not so strange with Jesus." (Pg. 177)
"In other words, what Jesus meant when He cried, 'My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?' was that he had taken the place of sinful man on the cross and was suffering the full punishment for sin." (Pg. 179)
"In conclusion the Bible does not record conversations between persons of the Godhead, but between the human and divine natures." (Pg. 195)
"(I)f God intended for us to baptize in Jesus' name, why did He allow Matthew 28;19 to be recorded as it is? ... the verse as recorded by Matthew was perfectly understandable in the apostolic era, and it is not God's fault that later man-made doctrines have twisted the meaning of Scripture out of context." (Pg. 230)
"Regardless of Trinitarian denials, this IS polytheism---tritheism to be exact---and not the monotheism taught by the Bible and upheld by Judaism." (Pg. 260)

A thorough exposition of the Oneness of God
By A Customer
Do you have questions like: Are there really three persons in Heaven? If the Father is Spirit, is the Holy Spirit another Spirit? If the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are co-equal and co-eternal and separate beings, why did we not always have the baptism, the gifts, and the power? If you have trouble praying because you do not know who you are praying to any longer, please read this book. If you think you will be led down the wrong path, I can tell you that the author basically quotes scriptures...when I read it my whole being was at peace. I could hardly grasp how I felt to be reading something that was so sound. This book will help you to explore your Bible in a way you may never have imagined. Allow the Lord to show you Truth, pray, and turn to the Lord...let Him reveal His Truth to you in His Word...I am confident to say that parts of the Bible will no longer be a mystery, and everything will become quite clear as the Lord leads. May the Lord richly bless you and give you His peace.
